  1. Question: What is the cost?
    Answer: Meals are a suggested donation of $3.00 per meal. We ask that this donation be sent directly to Partners in Prime at the above address or you may give your donation to you driver.

  2. Question: What about bad weather? Will my meal still come?
    Answer: We will make every effort to deliver your meal, however, weather emergencies and accidents do occur. Please listen to WMOH radio 1450AM or Channel 12 news to learn if meals on wheels is closed and/or if we are not delivering meals.

  3. Question: Who do I contact about meal ingredients?
    Answer: We strive to provide you with the highest quality meal, meal packaging, and service. If you have questions concerning the contents of our meals or ingredients of the meal please feel free to call Kathy Baldwin, Supervisor of Kitchen Operations at 867-1998, ext. 234.

  4. Question: Why can’t my driver leave my meal on the front porch?
    Answer: Our drivers are required to see you, hear you, or have some kind of daily contact with you because we want to know you are okay. Drivers are not allowed to leave meals in coolers if you are not going to be home or are slow to come to the door. If you have an issue with this please contact your ESP case manager.

  5. Question: How do I make changes in my services?
    Answer: If you have any problems in receiving your meal or if you need to make changes in your services, you must call all the office by 10:00 am. If you have a Dr. appointment or if you do not wish to receive a meal for that day please call so we can stop service for that day. Other questions should be directed to your ESP case manager.

  6. Question: How do I get meals on wheels services after I have been away from the program?
    Answer: If for any reason you discontinue the home delivered meal service for a period of time and wish to resume the service again, you must request meals on wheels to be your meal provider through your ESP case manager.click to go back to the top of this page
