Membership

The cost of membership at Partners in Prime is $20 a year for an individual or $35 a year for a couple. To become a lifetime member, the cost is:

  • $200 for ages 55-60
  • $150 for ages 61-71
  • $100 for ages 71+

Partners in Prime requires that an application be completed with a signature that must be kept on file. If you fill out the form below, submit the information, we will add this information to a hard copy of the FULL Membership Application form and mail it to you. Then all you have to do is complete the blank areas, sign, date and mail it back.
